Single

There are two single-bed rooms in the hotel.

Both are located in pergola courtyard (Kolahfarangi).

one of rooms has a window and its entrance without stairs.
Other one has just a skylight and its entrance has ten steps.

The bathroom and toilet are inside the rooms and on the ground floor.
 

Double

There are three double rooms in the hotel.

Two of them are located in pergola courtyard (Kolahfarangi) and have only skylight.

Another room is in the main courtyard and a window facing the orange courtyard. Its entrance has twelve stairs.

The bathroom and toilet are inside the rooms and on the ground floor.

Twin

The hotel has seven twin rooms that one is located in the main courtyard and has a window.
Other two rooms are located on the way to rooftop and have windows. The entrance to the one has 4 and the other 18 stairs.
One room is located in Narenjestan courtyard.it jus has a skylight and its entrance with 3 steps.
One room is located in the porch hallway (Hashti) and has no windows and only a skylight. Its entrance has ten stairs.
Other room is located in the Well house hallway, (Chah Khane). it has a window and its entrance has four stairs.
Last room is in the hallway near to boiling house. No window or skylight in the room and its entrance is without stairs.
The bathroom and toilet are inside the rooms and on the ground floor.

Double (VIP)

It is called Shahneshin room too. This room located in the main courtyard, in front of the pool, and arranged in a double bed. It has a window facing the same courtyard. It is a large room that benefits circulated weather by a wind tower on its roof.
The toilet and bathroom is inside the room and on the ground floor.

Triple (ordinary)

(Double+Single)
There is one ordinary triple room in the hotel that  arranged in one Double and one single beds.

it is located in main courtyard, well house hall way. No window or sky light in the room and its entrance has 10 stairs.

The bathroom and toilet are inside the room and on the ground floor.

Triple (Special)

(Double+single)

There are four "Special Triple" rooms in the hotel with a double and one single bed.
One room is in the main courtyard, hallway to roof top. It has a window and its entrance with 4 stairs.
Other room is called "Royal Room" which is in the main courtyard and a window faces the main courtyard.
One room is in Narenjestan courtyard. This room is really cozy and quiet. It's absolutely suitable for people who are looking for silence and tranquility. It has a window and its entrance with no stairs. Just the bathroom entrance has 4 steps.

The last room is located in Pergola courtyard (Kolahfarangi). The room has a window and ten stairs for entrance.

The bathroom and toilet are inside the rooms and on the ground floor. (except in one room, its bathroom with 4 steps).

Triple (3S)

(Three single beds)

There are four Triple rooms in the hotel that arranged in three single beds.

One is located in porch corridor/Hashti that has one small window to the corridor but most of light is supplied by the skylight.The entrance is without stairs.

 Other room is in Narenjestan courtyard. It has a window and its entrance with three stairs.

One Other room is in the main courtyard, well house corridor. The room has a window and its entrance has ten steps.
Last room is in the hallway near to Boiling house, (Motore Khane). No window and has just skylight in the room and its entrance is without stairs.

The bathroom and toilet are inside the rooms and on the ground floor.

Family room(connecting)

(one Double+two Singles)

The hotel has two Four-bed/family Connecting rooms. Both are arranged as a double bed at the entrance of the room and two single beds at the end of the room.
One room is located in the main courtyard, near to the pool. A window faces the main courtyard and its entrance has four steps. The other room is in the main courtyard but on the roof top of a porch corridor/ Hashti). It has a window that faces the main courtyard and its entrance with ten steps.

The bathroom and toilet are inside the rooms and on the first floor.

Family room (Duplex)

(two Singles+one Double)
There are two four-bed Duplex rooms in the hotel with two single beds on the first floor and one double bed in the second floor.
Both rooms are located in main courtyard but in a corridor.one room has a window to the corridor while other one benefits just a skylight. Each one's entrance has four stairs. Since the rooms are Duplex, there are some stairs in the room.

The bathroom and toilet are inside the rooms and on the first floor.

FIive Beds

(one double+ three single beds)

There is only one Five-bed room in the hotel, with a double bed and three single beds on the ground floor.
It is located in Narenjestan courtyard and has a window.

The bathroom and toilet are inside the rooms; just its bathroom has two stairs
